Information we collect

When you continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture. We store an internal customer identifier, account status, signup and login history, and your policy acceptance record.

We also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the storefront, such as session-cookie data, request timestamps, device or browser information, and security logs. If you later place an order or contact us, we may process the details needed to respond, fulfil the order and meet legal obligations.

How we use information

We use customer information to create and secure accounts, recognise returning customers, provide requested storefront features, communicate about purchases or support, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

The storefront does not retain Google access or refresh tokens after sign-in. Your password is handled by Google and is never provided to The House of Adorne.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary, encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not available to storefront scripts and normally expires after seven days. The shopping bag may also use browser storage so that selected items remain available on your device.

Sharing and processors

We share information only where needed with providers that support authentication, hosting, databases, storefront delivery, payments, fulfilment or customer support, or where disclosure is required by law. Google processes sign-in under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell customer personal information. Providers should receive only the information necessary to perform their services and must handle it under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account information while your account remains active and afterwards where reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal compliance or legitimate business records. We use access controls, encrypted sessions and server-to-server authentication, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out at any time and can revoke Adorne’s Google access from your Google account. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern about its handling. Some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it.

Children and changes

The storefront is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to account creation or purchases. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change and will request renewed acceptance when an update requires it.
