Using the storefront

You may browse the storefront without an account. When you create an account, you confirm that the information supplied through Google is yours and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

You must not misuse the storefront, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Customer accounts

Google provides authentication, but your Adorne account is maintained by The House of Adorne. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for signing out on shared devices.

We may block or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, or protect the storefront.

Products, pricing and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and scale may vary by display, and handcrafted or natural materials may have small variations. Listing a product does not guarantee that it remains available.

Order, payment, delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms shown during checkout or otherwise agreed for a purchase form part of these Terms. If there is a clear pricing or availability error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Jewellery use and care

Follow the care guidance supplied with each product. Stop wearing a product if it causes irritation. Product descriptions may identify materials and quality characteristics, but they are not medical advice or a guarantee that every person will avoid sensitivity.

Intellectual property

The storefront, Adorne branding, product photography, text and design are owned by or licensed to The House of Adorne. You may use them only for personal shopping and may not reproduce or exploit them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront, and our responsibility for a purchased product is limited by applicable consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the storefront changes. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, we will ask before you continue using your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction in Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes.
